Stamperia masters of magic easel card

Hello!!!

For Todays project I decided to use an older stamperia masters of magic collection as it worked really well for the recipient of this card whose really into playing cards and magic.

To make this easel card simply score an extra line along the centre of a 6x6 card and fold.
This was so easy to decorate as I litrally just cut up some of the papers and layered them onto some black card then onto the cardblank.
I used a pencil around the edge of the Rabbit to make the image pop!
I used the lovely grungy letters from the Thats Crafty alphabet set to personlise. I absolutly love this set, it's so usefull for adding a personalised touch to a project.
I then used the sentiment from the pablo set and created a wedge for the easle part to rest onto using heavy body glue so it's slightly raised.

Stamperia - gear it up for Christmas

  Hi Everyone!!!

I really felt like making a Christmas card so for today's project I used the Stamperia gear it up for Christmas collection from That's Crafty.

This isn't my usual style of card as I prefer to use inks and stamps, however this collection is crammed with so many gorgeus papers, toppers and embelishment pieces - making it really easy to put a card or even journal page together.

I distressed the edges of some Kraft card and used gold wax around the edges and did the same with the smaller background panels.

I then simply used some of the stickers on the snowglobe and around it.

To finish I used some of the Rub ons to fill in some of the blank areas and along the left hand side edge to add some interest.

Witches Gromoire box frame - Dena Rangeley

 Good Morning!!

For today's project I'm sticking to the halloween theme and decided to decorate this rectangle art shrine with the Ciao Bella witches Grimoire junk Journal book.

Once the art shrine was glued together I painted it with Black Gesso.
Cut a bacground to fit the back panel of the art shrine.
Cut the floral piece to roughly fit the frame and affix. Use a craft knife to carefully cut a hole in the centre and use a nail file to sand away any extra card around the frame.
Carefully cut out some of the smaller elements and affix to the frame, overlapping the different pieces to add diemension.
Finally add some glossy accents to some of elements.

All products used on this project can be purchased from Thats Crafty.

Hanging skull

 New Launch!!!!

Have you seen the new newest That's Crafty launch - Its deffinatly a spooktacular one!!
For those of you that have seen me on social media before will know that I'm a little obsessed with skulls and all things dark and wierd. So when I first saw this I couldn't wait to get started. Its perfect for halloween or for anyone who just loves skulls.
I decided to decorate this one to give the skull a realistic look. I used a selection of that's crafty multi-surface paints and chalk paint to decorate and then used pencils to add the details to the skull and crows. I also added some glossy accents to the crows eyes.
The skulls have been backed with black card.
I then used ribbons and fibres from my stash to attach the smaller elements and left a few extra strands hanging down.

Make sure you check out our Facebook group to see how the rest of the design team have decorated theirs - each one has been decorated completly different.

Hi Everyone!!

It's been a while since I've used this blog.
Due to the new facebook rules about the amount of links pages can post per month I thought it would be a good idea to start posting on here again.

Today I'm sharing my latest project using a selection of lavinia stamps.

Did you know That’s crafty now sell the Lavinia calendars? These would make such great Christmas presents, could you imagine receiving one?
The card base is so nice to work on. I started by creating a rectangular stencil to create the scene within it directly onto the calendar. I used distress inks to create the landscape scene and then stamped a selection of Lavinia stamps to build this witchy scene.

All products used on this calendar can be purchased from that’s crafty.
